Tours
Self-Guided Tours (free)
Our exhibitions have been designed to help you explore on your own. Feel free to come and learn at your own pace any time the Museum is open.
Activity Backpacks are available for families with young children and can be checked out in the front office. These backpacks contain activities that will help you engage your children in ways that encourage learning and fun in the galleries!
Activity Patch Worksheets are a great way to learn about our main exhibition. The worksheets are available at the entrance to exhibitions and can also be downloaded in the Printouts tab to the left. These activity patches work great for scouting groups visiting the museum, but are also available for anyone who would like to complete the worksheet and earn a patch.
The Reading Nook contains a variety of books related to our current exhibitions. The books offer further insight into cultural practices and traditions specific for the exhibition.
Each exhibition is also designed with many hands on learning activities for all ages.
Docent-led Tours
During Fall 2020, the museum will not be offering docent-led tours.
